Columbus is especially beautiful and stunning in the fall, but all seasons can be enjoyed in this city.

Colmubus’ Airport:
The main airport of Columbus is Port Columbus International Airport (CMH). The airport and is located eight miles, or a fifteen-minute drive, from downtown Columbus. Visitors can rent a vehicle at the airport or, for less than $30, take a taxi downtown. Public transportation is also available through Central Ohio Transit Authority.

Getting Around:
If considering day trips while visiting Columbus, renting a car is the best solution. For those staying within the city limits, Columbus can be navigated easily using the bus system, Central Ohio Transit Authority.

Geography and Climate:
Columbus has four distinct seasons throughout the year and visitors can expect humid weather during the summer months and plenty of snowfall in the winter. Autumn is particularly beautiful in Columbus and is a great time to visit to see brightly colored foliage.
