Bellagio Fountains

Beautiful water shows, complete with lights and sound, never get boring.

Free entertainment, such as the Sirens of TI at Treasure Island, the Bellagio Fountains and the Fremont Street Experience, a glorious downtown light show, run at intervals most evenings, weather permitting. And most visitors opt for one of the many new and original stage shows here. Cirque du Soleil alone currently runs six productions.

Dining has become an even hotter attraction. Though some choose to dine at one of the bountiful Strip buffets—Bellagio and Aladdin’s Spice Market being two good choices—the Vegas dining scene has exploded, featuring celebrity chefs from around the world, so that buffets have become an afterthought for serious eaters.

Oh, and don’t call it Las Vegas. Locals just say Vegas, and also Ne-vad-ah, using the long “a,” as in “have.” Now, no one will even know you’re a tourist.
