One of Manhattan's hottest uptown restaurants is an elegant seafood haven overlooking Central Park. Chef Michael White's signature dish—fusilli with octopus and bone marrow—is not to be missed. Seafood in every form is pristine and creatively (but not too creatively) seasoned and embellished. In 2010, Marea was named best new U.S. restaurant by the James Beard Foundation.
