After working on the East Coast as executive chef of Mercat in New York City, chef Ryan Lowder returned to his hometown to run The Copper Onion. The menu offers a variety of choices produced from local, sustainable sources and includes standouts such as pork belly salad, wagyu steak, short rib stroganoff and a chicken cordon bleu sandwich. It’s a casual dining experience with a dimly lit ambiance.
