Sushi to Go

While in Tokyo, treat yourself to a personalized sushi feast.

Create your own cuisine at Rosewood's Hotel Seiyo Ginza in Tokyo, where you can accompany Chef Makoto Iijima on his early-morning ingredient-gathering foray to the culinary maelstrom that is the Tsukiji Fish Market. Together with the master chef, you can choose the essential elements of your customized, made-to-order dinner. Later that night, you might dine on Hon Maguro, the finest Japanese tuna fish, or other delights such as spiny lobster with sun-dried tomatoes, black olives and capers, and tarragon vierge sauce. Or, enjoy your market feast in the morning, when sushi replaces the standard breakfast fare.

Packages: The Tsukiji Fish Market Package (approximately $1,000) includes a three-night stay with a fresh sushi breakfast (pictured) served daily. The Wonderland Tsukiji Fish Market Package (approximately $5,200) includes a four-night stay in the Rosewood Suite with breakfast. Both packages include a shopping tour of the Tsukiji Fish Market. Go on, indulge!
