Formerly an unassuming roadside grill, Blue Gate's popularity has led to a full-fledged restaurant. No menu is needed, however, as the only item on offer is a plate of grilled tilapia smothered in veggies and served with banku, a doughy starch made from maize meal, and hot pepper sauce. Simply point to the fish you want while it's cooking on the grill and have a seat.
