For a taste of the city’s fringe scene, Single Carrot presents a range of socially relevant theatrical works by local artists. The non-profit theater, housed in a garage, offers ensemble productions both well-known and obscure (past topics include Poe's short stories and the Baltimore homicides) acted out on a stage that was once a loading dock. Bold and honest in its approach, the theater has done much in support of young artists.
