If you are in the mood for an American classic, Frankie’s will deliver. This tiny hotspot, which has limited indoor and outdoor seating (and is pet friendly!) offers everything from the classic chili cheese dog to tantalizing wild game sausages, which include meats such as alligator, duck and deer. Specialty dawgs include the “Erin Andrews (Damn Hot!!)”, which is a hot smoked sausage topped with pepper jack cheese, jalapeños and banana peppers, as well as the “Drunkard,” a bratwurst soaked in beer with sauerkraut. Make sure you request Frankie’s signature mac-n-cheez or Cajun fries to complement your order.
