Coppa is what you get when you combine the genius of nose-to-tail chef Jamie Bissonnette and the talents of James Beard Award-winning chef Ken Oringer. This enoteca (which means “wine repository” in Italian) serves up small dishes of house-made charcuterie. The menu lists everything from a duck prosciutto salumi to pastas to pizza baked in Coppa’s wood-fired oven. Don’t forget to pair your meal with a glass of wine from the extensive wine list.
