Chef-owner Ken Oringer and chef Jamie Bissonnette, the duo behind the much-lauded Coppa, serve inspired Spanish fare at Toro. The pint-size restaurant does Barcelona-style tapas in a cozy, dimly-lit dining space. Order several small plates to share. Be sure to try the atun crudo (incredibly fresh yellowfin tuna with a mild white soy sauce, spicy cucumber and pureed avocado), as well as the bone marrow, a melt-in-your-mouth meat butter topped with oxtail marmalade.
