The exceedingly popular Bozeman Community Food Co-op opened this downtown branch in 2011, a miniature market with a focus on the cafeteria and deli. With seating for 40, plus a patio, it’s really more restaurant than grocery, and downtown denizens pack the place during the lunch hour. Daily rotating menus privilege local, seasonal and organic fare, and there’s always something to please vegetarians, vegans, carnivores and the gluten-free. Or skip the whole thing and just order by the pound off the amazing salad bar.
