Nova is local to the core—with everything from mushrooms to eggs and from cheese to chai tea sourced nearby. Nova also happens to be the locals’ spot for a hangover breakfast. Blue corn pancakes are plenty sinful despite the health-food flair, and so is the house-made hollandaise drizzled over several creative benedicts. The artwork, both on the walls and covering most of the servers’ bodies, gives the place a low-key punk-rock vibe.
