Behind the dark and aggressive façade, the structure now reminds the world of two oppressive regimes, totaling 50 years of terror for the Hungarian people. This unusual history museum also memorializes the Hungarian Jews, Freedom Fighters and others who fell to these tyrants (often within these very walls).
