In addition to the deep sections of fiction, poetry, philosophy and fine art, the shop serves as the city’s premier venue for author events—usually in Hungarian, alas. However, the employee-owned shop boasts a healthy selection of English titles. (English-speaking booksellers, too!) For example, they stock plentiful English-language copies of Paul Street Boys by Ferenc Molnár, a broody young-adult novel beloved by generations of Hungarians.
