Inspired by the cuisine in Oaxaca, Mexico, co-owner Frank Scibelli has brought authentic Mexican flavors to the Queen City. Bottomless warm tortilla chips and fresh homemade salsa begin the meal, which may consist of tacos Marco Polo (shrimp, jalapeño bacon and caramelized rajas stuffed in flour tortillas with pico de gallo, melted cheese and cascabel aioli) or pollo Laredo (grilled chicken breast, topped with jalapeño bacon, Oaxaca cheese, sliced avocado and cucumber pico de gallo). Order a side of Mexico City corn (street style), adobo-spice French fries or tomato saffron rice to round out this delicious meal.
