Cleveland has a fairly efficient bus system, the Regional Transit Authority, which includes the Rapid Transit, a light rail line that connects the East Side to the West Side along one track (so you can’t get lost on it). You can find schedules for both
here. Taxis are not easy to find on the street, but you can call Yellow Cab (216-623-1500) or Ace Taxi (216-361-4700) to arrange for one to pick you up. And in the downtown area, there are cabs waiting in front of the major buildings, as well as sports and entertainment venues. Driving around the area is easy, as both sides of town have several major east-west roads that, along with many landmarks, make directions easy to follow.
