Columbus’ premier ballet company, BalletMet opened in the 1970s to accommodate dance students in the area. Since then the center has grown and has been guided by some of the ballet world’s best leadership. Today it serves as both a premier school and performance company with titles ranging from Dracula to Hamlet. If visiting Columbus during the holidays, don’t miss the always classic, The Nutcracker.
