DFW airport is flanked on the Southeast by Dallas and on the Southwest by Fort Worth. Dallas is a bit larger than Fort Worth, and the heart of these two cities are about 40 miles apart. If you’ve got a rental car or lots of time to take the DART, Train Railway Express and bus systems you can explore the sites in both cities.
