Picture the kids from Footloose dancing in church, with a more urban twist, and you have a vision of The Church, one of Denver’s hippest and most popular dance clubs housed in a restored Gothic church. The crowd isn’t Goth, though; much swankier than that, tending more toward stilettos than Doc Martens. An onsite sushi bar is remarkably good. Also, The Church let's the young folks in on the fun; many nights are 18 and over. The rooftop deck has an enlightening view of downtown Denver.
