Don’t be put off by the Peter Max colors; the food at Snooze is anything to snooze over. Breakfast is the flagship meal here, but it’s not your typical breakfast; we’re talking hearty entrées such as breakfast pot pie and strong libations—the spicy bloody mary is beloved by locals. But the basics are great too; the Denver Voice voted Snooze’s pancakes the best in the city in 2011.
