The raw trend is in full force here, but don’t worry, there’s no crunchy, inedible fake lasagna, and there are non-raw options, as well. Sushi and oysters are specialties, and the noodle bowls are big faves, too. For a splurge, try the eclectic tasting menu, which allows you to see the chefs’ creativity in full force. Interestingly, there’s a great cocktail menu and wine list, which you wouldn’t necessarily expect in such a temple to health.
