As the weather cools, warm up with a soul-soothing, Irish whiskey-infused hot toddy, courtesy of Ireland’s elegant, golfcentric The K Club, Hotel & Spa (about 35 minutes outside of Dublin).
HOT TODDY
1.2 oz. of Jameson Gold whiskey
1 teaspoon of organic honey
Slice of lemon
5 cloves
Heat a hot whiskey glass with boiling water. Stud the slices of lemon with the cloves. Empty the hot water from the glass, and add a measure of Jameson Gold. Add honey and top the glass with boiling water. Add the studded slice of lemon and stir until the honey has dissolved.
