My Bar at the Sunset House hotel on Grand Cayman is known for its gorgeous sunsets and thatched-roof open cabana. Open for lunch and dinner, the seafood-heavy menu is excellent, but a trip to My Bar is not complete without a famous mudslide. But sip gently, these treats are potent!
