Kau Kee serves some of the best beef brisket in Hong Kong. Although the restaurant lacks charming decor, it's always packed with throngs of adoring fans who can't get enough of the herby brisket and noodle soup. The ingredients are fresh, the meat perfectly cooked and the broth deeply flavorful.
