Located in Tsim Sha Tsui, every morsel served here is literally made to order. Go for a smattering of dumplings (so fresh they’re folded just before you sink your teeth into them), and follow up with specialty main dishes—like the braised abalone or barbecued pork. The twice-cooked salt dumplings are made with chewy rice flour exteriors and bursting with porky intensity, steamed then crisped in the fryer before arriving at your table.
