The floating memorial built over the remains of the USS Arizona pays tribute to the lives that were lost during the December 7, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor. The names of the men buried with the battleship can be found engraved in marble in the shrine room. Before you head to the memorial, be sure to watch the commemorative film in the visitor center.
