The newest iteration of Arancino, housed in the Kahala Resort, features pristine Italian seafood dishes. Start out with abalone and “amaebi” sweet shrimp lightly drizzled with herb oil, followed by chitarra alla pescatora (lobster, scallop, shrimp and calamari with a garlic tomato sauce over fresh housemade squid ink pasta). Non-seafood plates are also available if fish isn’t your thing.
