New York-trained chef Didem Senol uses locally sourced, seasonal ingredients in her contemporary Turkish/eastern Mediterranean cuisine. Start with a few shareable meze dishes such as grilled grape leaves stuffed with halloumi cheese and zucchini fritters served with minted yogurt dip (they're so popular Senol posted the recipe in the dining room so customers would stop asking for it). You can't beat the slow roasted lamb or grilled sea bass as a main course, and if you save room for dessert, order the pudding with sour cherry sauce.
