Guided tours of the Appleton Estate take you through the history of processing sugar cane and the production of rum. After learning a little history, the tour takes you through the modern factory, where this Jamaican rum is produced and bottled. Finish up at the estate’s restaurant, which serves authentic Jamaican cuisine.
