In 1982, Roy Felix opened Serious Chicken as a humble roadside stall to huge success. He's since expanded to a rustic, open-air restaurant, but continues to serve heaping portions of the famous grilled chicken that put them on the map. If you're chickened-out, Felix also serves fish, grilled lobster tial, fried conch and curries.
