Named for legendary surfer Duke Paoa Kahanamoku, who won his first Olympic gold medal at age 21 and competed for 20 years, Duke's celebrates Hawaii's surf culture from a perfect vantage point on the white sands of Kalapaki beach. During the famed "aloha hour," which at Duke's extends for two hours, drinks are just $6. Wednesday through Friday nights, Duke's has lively music aimed to get everyone up and dancing barefoot on the sand.
