Located in the Reach Resort, the Strip House (an offshoot of NYC’s restaurant of the same name) is a traditional-style steak house where everything on the menu is a la carte. The steaks are cooked perfectly as are the goose-fat potatoes, black truffle creamed spinach and sautéed Florida grouper. Reservations are recommended. Ask for an ocean-view table as there is almost always a breeze, no matter how steamy it is outside.
