Fun Facts

Established in the desert in 1905, Las Vegas now has a population around 2 million people. Not a city to rest on its laurels, Las Vegas is known for imploding its classic, once-unrivaled resorts to build even more extravagant ones. There aren’t many of the bygone beauties left, so if you want to touch a bit of history where Elvis, the Rat Pack and Liberace performed, you’ll want to get kicking. The Riviera’s still around, as is the Tropicana.
