Wolfgang Puck’s modern take on the steakhouse, with a bit of an Asian twist. Steaks are aged up to 35 days, grilled over hardwood and finished under a 1200-degree broiler. Don’t skip non-meaty appetizers like Maryland blue crab and Carolina shrimp “Louis” cocktail, and load up on sides like caramelized cauliflower, served with golden raisins and toasted almonds. They aren’t a waste of space, promise.
