Little Rock’s first full-service spa, Caracalla takes its name from the Baths of Caracalla in Ancient Rome. Although this version can’t accommodate the thousands of bathers the Roman baths once could, it offers a welcome break from shopping (from a mani/pedi to a body treatment such as the organic juniper berry body wrap), as well as a full line of natural cosmetics, lotions, shampoos and oils.
