The Cove is a classic New Orleans-inspired, nautical-themed bar that features live jazz on Thursday nights. But this cozy Southern spot is best known for two other things: classic drinks and oysters. Slurp down dozens of these fresh mollusks newly plucked from briny waters, and enjoy a Sazerac, crafted of Sazerac rye whiskey, absinthe, sugar, Peychaud’s Bitters and a twist of lemon.
