While the booming arts scene and recent hotel redux may have brought the heat back to Miami, it is the always-present culture and sophisticated style that keep us coming back.
Go There: Part sun tanning and sipping cocktails, part hopping arts scene: Miami is quickly becoming not only one of the most fun-loving cities, but one of the most culturally diverse and creative communities in the world. In between perusing the galleries in the Wynwood Arts District, grab a Cuban at Enriqueta’s Sandwich Shop before indulging in a little retail therapy. Find Pucci and Pierre Cardin at C. Madeleines or check out the curated collection of contemporary designers at The Webster. Then channel Ester Williams at the oh-so-chic Raleigh Hotel pool—several of the starlet’s films were set there—before heading to The Betsy Hotel for dinner at BLT Steak. Make sure not to miss B Bar and have a bartender at the basement speakeasy whip up a Salsa Queen.
