Far from a classic steakhouse, Isaac Becker's latest concept offers something for everyone. Upstairs, you'll find an elegant (but not stuffy) dining room showcasing quality grass-fed, natural and prime steaks. Whether you're only into glamor cuts or up to trying something new (like the 8-ounce Wagyu zabuton), Burch's array of options is astounding. Make it a meal with house-made dumplings, triple-cooked potatoes and a side of roasted carrots or caramelized cauliflower. Downstairs, you'll find the buzzy, more casual pizza bar. The wood burning oven churns out excellent pies, but the other offerings (roasted broccolini™ with turmeric or wood roasted mussels with sausage) are equally delicious. No matter where you dine, order one of the perfectly balanced cocktails.
