The frequently changing well-crafted menu offers a selection of small plates for tasting a la carte. Chef Doug Flicker, a seasoned chef with experience at some of Minneapolis’ best restaurants, has created one of the city’s most talked about dishes—scrambled brown eggs with pickled pigs feet, truffle butter and Parmigiano. Be sure to make a reservation, because as the name implies, the small restaurant’s 36 tables fill up fast.
