Since 1894, Graber Olives has been producing fully tree-ripened olives for Californians and olive-lovers around the world. Three generations of Grabers have perfected the original “recipe” to create an olive that is rich in flavor, texture and color. Take a tour of the breathtaking estate, and if you happen to be stopping in during the fall harvest season, you’ll get to witness the long and careful tradition of grading, curing and canning the famous olives.
