Sanaa is located in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and serves food influenced by East African cuisine with touches of Indian flavors. The tandoori chicken is a favorite and is cooked in true form, in high-heat clay ovens. Also popular is the bread service: a selection of three traditional breads (naan, onion kulcha and paneer parantha) and the diners’ choice of three accompanying spreads such as mango chutney, red chile sambal and green mango pickle.
