Panama City Beach

Shipwreck Island, located in the heart of Panama City Beach, is a twenty-acre water park filled with exciting water rides, lush landscaping, a professionally trained aquatics staff and plenty of snack bars to keep you fueled up for your entire stay. The rides include an Ocean Motion Wave Pool, a 500,000-gallon pool that generates three foot waves every ten minutes; the White Knuckle River, a 660-foot-long inner tube ride that features tubes large enough for the entire family; the Pirate’s Plunge Racing Slide with dueling slides side by side from a 60-foot-tall tower; and so much more. The crowd favorite is the Great Shipwreck, a replica of a 17th-century sailing ship that you can swing out of on a cable and drop down into the lagoon pool. There is also a Tadpole area for the little kids and an on-site mini Chick-fil-A as well as the Galley, Ship’s Grill and Island Ice Cream for snacks and drinks, to name a few.
