This jewelbox of a theater in Center City was constructed in 1912, and is one of the oldest continuously run theaters in America. The main theater now showcases emerging playwrights and artists, and there's also a gorgeous little bar on the third floor. All in all, Plays and Players makes for one of the most charming theater experiences you're likely to find in Philadelphia.
