Buddakan attracts the hip and beautiful with an elegant lounge-like atmosphere and inventive Asian fusion dishes. The dramatic dining room is anchored by a large golden Buddha and a long communal table that’s lit from within. It’s romantic enough for a date, great for a group of friends, but too hip for a serious business meeting. The menu is a mixture of recognizable dishes (Szechuan pork dumplings and pad Thai) and creative ones (edamame ravioli and lobster fried rice with saffron).
