Nestled on the ground floor of the First Presbyterian Church, Franktuary offers heaven on earth in the form of classic and gourmet hot dogs. First, choose between standard, veggie (vegan tofu) or Locavore (local grass-fed all-beef organic) franks, and then dress your dog up from there. Go for a New Yorker Classic—sauerkraut, vidalia onion sauce and brown mustard—or a Chicago Imposter Gourmet Frank topped with yellow mustard, relish, onion, banana pepper, celery salt, tomato and a pickle spear. Included in PETA's list of top five veggie dogs, this place is frankly a must-see (pun intended). And if you can't make it to the church on time, look out for the Franktuary food truck on the streets of Pittsburgh.
