Small plates of methodically sourced and lovingly prepared meats, cheeses and produce have won this place accolades. Food & Wine called chef Steve Corry one of the 10 best new chefs in the country a few years back, and fans of the restaurant’s three-day-marinated hanger steak or truffled lobster mac ’n’cheese are prone to agree.
