Many locals consider the rooftop patio at St. James Infirmary the best bar seat in town. With the crisp clarity and bright stars of the Nevada sky just overhead, and the neon of the casinos below, it’s certainly a spectacular perch. Then there’s the beer list, which features 120 brews, some of them seriously obscure. Sunday nights and some Tuesdays feature live jazz, while Wednesday’s Beer and Record Club events are fun. Ask for a Fred and Ginger, the perfect ginger-spiced cool-down.
