Tucked inside the historic Menger Hotel, the dark, handsome Menger Bar is an exact replica of London’s House of Lord’s Pub, and the whiskey-soaked spot where Teddy Roosevelt recruited his Rough Riders. Built in 1887, the cozy space has a paneled ceiling of dark cherry wood, beveled mirrors from France and the original brass spittoons provided for the convenience of its early customers.
