Founded in 1941, the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego offers unique artistic experiences in two different city locations. The La Jolla museum boasts of more than 4,000 works and its own sculpture garden on the museum's sprawling three acre oceanfront property, while the downtown location—set across from the historic Santa Fe Depot—offers site-specific installations and exhibitions that capture the energetic spirit of the downtown area.
