Located in the San Jose Mariott, Arcadia is famous chef Michael Mina’s restaurant. It features his signature modern refinement, both in décor and in cuisine. Breakfast and lunch are served every day, and dinner service is Tuesday through Saturday. The duck fat fries are a favorite, as are the lobster corn dogs, truffled mac ‘n’ cheese and ahi tuna tartare. Of course, the beef is the primary draw at this modern steakhouse.
